Meet Our team
Bo has been in the food industry since he graduated the University of Florida in 2003. He immediately went to work in food and beverage and quickly rose to General Manager of Lillians’ Music Store, the oldest saloon in Gainesville, FL that housed bands like Tom Petty, Bo DIddley and Sister Hazel. Working at a bar he was able to sharpen his communication and customer service skills which led him to pursue more challenging endeavors. He then went to work for Royal Caribbean Cruise Line in 2011 as a Bar Manager and then was promoted to Event Coordinator. The impetus was put on to him to put the customer first, no matter what, and he learned the value that comes from generating customer loyalty. After leaving RCL in 2013 he took the Food & Beverage Director job at Lajitas Golf Resort and Spa in beautiful west Texas in Big Bend National Park. He oversaw three restaurants, two bars and helped execute elegant weddings every weekend with a staff of over 100 people. This is where he honed his attention to detail, the single most important aspect to a wedding of anyone’s dreams. In 2015 Bo arrived in San Antonio after being recruited to be the Membership Director of a one in a kind golf course, The Golf Club of Texas – San Antonio. He quickly was promoted to the Director of Sales and Marketing for golf tournaments and weddings. There were no weddings or events being held and he helped create a culture of honesty and understanding and has since been booking weddings of your dreams for the past two years. Bo puts an emphasis on 24/7 attention to his clients and prides himself on getting back to everyone within the hour, even if he is on vacation! There is nothing more important to Bo that making sure you have every expectation met, and exceeded!
