The Oaks at Cross Creek
Naturally beautiful and secluded, this club is a rare find in increasingly popular Temecula Valley. Offering a tranquil ambiance and stellar views of Old Oaks and Sycamore trees, The Oaks at Cross Creek feels blissfully removed from the tourist bustle. Factor in its fabulous location (an easy drive from Los Angeles, San Diego, and Orange Counties, and a stone's throw from some wonderful wineries), and you've got all the elements of a perfect wedding weekend.
The festivities start off with a serene stroll up the scenic path to The Oak Grove. Your guests will experience the tranquility of their surroundings by enjoying the wildlife, Oak trees, and vast view of the Temecula hills and our 18th hole. Offer your guests a celebratory champagne greeting while you exchange your “I Do’s”!
Following your vows, your guests get to enjoy our cocktail lawn while you freshen up and take your memorial photos. As the sun sets, strings of Edison lights illuminate The Oak Terrace in a romantic soft glow.
Our Oak Terrace and Stone Landing allow you to gather in the wedding canopy, whose walls create a breezy indoor/outdoor feel. It provides a cool shelter on warmer days, and a great "Plan B" in the rare event of rain. The layout is completely up to you; some couples opt for open-air dining and a dance floor beneath the canopy, while others choose to create a more private and intimate environment sheltered from the weather.

Hailey Grier first became a resident of Southern California a little over 18 years ago, since then she has made Temecula her forever home due to the amazing family-oriented community and beautiful landscape. Her natural passion for hospitality and hosting events combined with her organizational and detail-oriented talents has led her to the world of event planning. From milestone birthday parties to corporate holiday celebrations to elegant weddings, Hailey has delivered beautiful events seamlessly. You will never doubt her passion and dedication to your event and can expect 100% of her attention from start to finish creating and exceeding all expectations.

· My favorite musical artist or music type: I appreciate all music, but I love to wind down with Hawaiian Reggae. My husband’s family is from American Samoa and run the Polynesian Cultural Center on Oahu, this has made me fall in love with the music and culture.
· My favorite quote or famous saying: “Do more of what makes you happy.”
· My favorite city in the world: This is a tough one… I haven’t been yet, but I have Santorini, Greece on my bucket list. San Diego is where my hear lies.
· Number of years in the event/hospitality industry: 18 years +.
· I am originally from: Ogden, Utah.
· Favorite sport and team: I am obsessed with football and am a die hard Charger fan.
· My favorite way to spend my time when I am not working: I have two young boys that keep me busy. I love being a mom and taking them on adventures.
· If I could have dinner with one famous person living or passed: Robin Williams or Bill Murray.
· Number one thing on my bucket list: Traveling the world.

Mountain Vista Ceremony
The perfectly manicured green Mountain Vista is the perfect place to say “I Do” or renew your wedding vows. This dedicated space directly behind our event patio boasts views of the sprawling fairways and the Verdugo Mountains. The Vista can be designed with a variety of setup options to accommodate different family or cultural traditions. With a maximum capacity of 200, every guest is guaranteed a great seat to witness the most meaningful of ceremonies!
10th Tee Ceremony
The perfectly manicured green 10th Tee is the perfect place to say “I Do” or renew your wedding vows. This space located on the golf course boasts views of the sprawling fairways and the Verdugo Mountains. If you're lucky, you will also see the deer who live in the nearby trees!
Sierra Room & Patio
Our Sierra Room & Patio are the perfect spaces for intimate gatherings. Whether you are planning a wedding reception, family gathering, school banquet, or corporate event, the Sierra Room can be transformed to seat up to 50 guests. When you open the floor to ceiling glass doors, you can combine the space with the Sierra Patio to host 100+ and give your guests a memorable indoor/outdoor event experience.
Hilltop Veranda
The Hilltop Veranda is a spacious outdoor patio that wraps around the main Hilltop Room. With stunning views of the fairways, mountains, and Los Angeles in the distance, this space is the perfect place for a cocktail hour, post-play dinner, or outdoor reception.
Hilltop Room
Truly elegant affairs can be held in our Hilltop Room, which has a variety of setup options. The Hilltop Room has floor to ceiling glass doors that open to connect it to the Sierra Room & Hilltop Veranda to best maximize all of our event space for parties up to 200 guests. Wraparound windows allow guests to enjoy the views of the course & mountains, while evening events can see spectacular Los Angeles sunsets in the distance. When you host in the Hilltop Room, you get the full private event experience as the only event at the Club.
